General Members Meeting
The residents’ association’s biannual General Members Meeting (ALV) will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. It will begin at 8:00 PM (doors open at 7:45 PM) in HEEM. During the ALV, the biannual report for the first half of 2025, the minutes of the previous ALV, and the nomination of members of the audit committee and any new board members will be discussed.
Due to the voting on the documents, it is assumed (given the previous attendance) that a second ALV is necessary for a valid vote. This is also scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, also in HEEM. We encourage you to attend every available opportunity, but be sure to be present at the second ALV to vote.
Candidate for the Audit Committee
We are looking for two members to run for the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee is responsible for auditing the association’s financial activities. They will need to approve the annual financial report and budget (provided the documents are correct). Therefore, activities are limited to an annual event. Candidate for the board
Do you want to run for the board of the residents’ association? Then this is your chance. Express your interest by sending a message to bewonersverenigingndw21@gmail.com with a short proposal message and motivation which will be sent to all members 2 weeks in advance. At the meeting itself, there will be a vote on who will join. The roles will be divided among the board.
The board consists of an odd number of board members (3,5,7) and an attempt will be made to obtain the best possible representation of all buildings. Suggesting agenda items
It is possible to suggest agenda items for the meeting. To do so, send an email to bewonersverenigingndw21@gmail.com at least 2 weeks before the meeting. If the item fits within what the residents’ association is responsible for, it will be included in the agenda.
