NDW21
NDW21 (Nieuwe Dukenburgseweg 21) is the new neighbourhood in the district of Nijmegen: Winkelsteeg, Where you can live, do business and meet.
A neighbourhood where everyone is welcome and people look out for each other.
There are around 500 flexible apartments which will be moved and reused after 20 years. Very eco-friendly. The apartments are very much needed now, because finding suitable housing on the tight Nijmegen housing market is difficult enough as it is.

Overgang Website ndw21
Vanaf 1 januari 2025 is het beheer van deze website overgenomen door de bewonersvereniging van ndw21. Op de site zal de basisinformatie en handleidingen voor de komende voorziene tijd blijven staan. Daarnaast zal deze site ook gebruikt worden voor updates vanuit en over de bewonersvereniging.

NDW21 is a new neighbourhood in Nijmegen. The housing corporations of Nijmegen: Portaal, SSH&, Talis en Woonwaarts hae developed together with the municipality about 500 ecological and replacable apartments on the Nieuw Dukenburgseweg 21 (NDW21) in Nijmegen.
The apartments are majorily meant for youngsters, starters or people looking for housing with urgency. There is also space for a few self-builers and meeting places.
Everyone is welcome on NDW21 en people look out for each other. It is a lively and dynamic area where there is place for, next to living, meeting and working.
Every household is automatically a member of the residents’ association upon signing the rental contract with the relevant association.
