A fine place where resident meet each other and organise activities together. That is an important premise to pleasantly live together on NDW21. That is why you an find HEEM at the entrance of the area. 

HEEM is the meeting space on NDW21

HEEM is a creative and green breeding ground within the neigbourhood. It is a place where the possibilities are great, limitations few and where green, creativity and meeting are at the front of it. You can go for a nice cup of coffe in the cozy rooms of the building, while you are behind your laptop or are having a conversation with your neighbours. And every week you can join a meal or two. Does it sound attractive to you to cook your own dish for the neigbourhood? Even that is possible. In this way we explore the different tastes of the neighbourhood. Together we contribute to a blossoming and more green neighbourhood .
